PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF, OR IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN, THE ELEGIBILITY AREA. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY IN THIS PROMOTION CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico only, who are 18 years of age (18) or older at time of entry and have a valid social security number or tax id number (“Participant(s)”). Residents of the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and residents of Guam, and all other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible to enter this promotion. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsors and their promotional partners, and these entities’ respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, promotional partners, and/or any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, or administration of the Promotion (collectively, "Promotion Entities"), and their immediate family members (including, but not limited to, the following: spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, grandparent, in-law, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not legally related) are not eligible to enter. Sponsors, as referenced herein, include People en Español a division of Time, Inc., 1271 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020 and Yahoo! Inc., 1 Alhambra Plaza, 8th Floor, Coral Gables, FL 33134 (collectively, "Sponsors")

2. HOW TO ENTER:EL 51 MAS BELLO DE PEOPLE EN ESPAÑOL-2012 Promotion” ("Promotion") begins as of 5:30 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 13, 2012 and ends as of 11:59 P.M. EST on March 22, 2012. “Promotion Period”) To enter the Promotion, visit the Promotion website at: www.51bello.com ("Promotion Website") and follow the instructions to submit the following: (A) full name (B) city, (C) state, (D) country, (E) gender, (F) e-mail address, (G) telephone number, (H) answer one (1) question in English on the official entry form, and (I) your picture; (each, a "Promotion Submission" and collectively, the "Promotion Submissions"). Each Participant must submit at least one (1) picture at the time of the Entry (as is defined subsequently), and will be permitted to submit up to five (5) pictures at the time of Entry or subsequently until the Top 25 Promotion Submissions will be posted online on the Promotion Website on February 23, 2012. The Pictures must be in JPEG format and comply with Submission Guidelines described below in section 4). Follow the instructions to complete the Promotion Submission process. You will then be asked to provide your first and last name, city, state, country, telephone number, and email address. Submission of a complete Promotion Submission constitutes entry in this Promotion ("Entry"). If you are not an existing Yahoo! ID user or holder, follow the instructions to register for a free Yahoo! ID. All Entries must be received by February 22, 2012 (“Entry Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, “receipt” of an Entry occurs when Yahoo!’s servers record the entry information upon clicking the “Submit Entry” button. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the holder of the Yahoo! ID, dispute will be resolved in favor of the individual who is both the authorized holder of the Yahoo! ID and password associated with the account (based upon information submitted at the time the account was created or updated upon registration for this Contest) and if available, the Authorized Email Account Holder of the alternate email address” provided when the Yahoo! ID was created. "Authorized Email Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (i.e., business, educational institution) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If there is a discrepancy between the name of the person listed as the authorized holder of the Yahoo! ID and the authorized email account holder of the alternate email address provided when the Yahoo! was created, that Yahoo! ID will be disqualified, his/her prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected in accordance with Section 3 of these rules. Potential prize winner may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized Account holder as described above. Participants are limited to only one (1) Promotion Submission per person per e-mail address or household account. The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or Entries not received for any reason. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, Participants understand that only the first Entry received from a particular individual will count; subsequent attempts to enter will not be considered by the Sponsors. The information provided in the Promotion Submission of an Entry is solely the responsibility of the Participant and Entries may only be made online via the Promotion Website. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming delivery of email, "thanks for entering" message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by Sponsors of an entry for purposes of these Official Rules. Automated Entries (including, but not limited to, Entries submitted using any bot, script, macro, or Promotion service), copies, third party entries, facsimiles and/or mechanical reproductions are not permitted and will not be considered as Qualified Submission (as defined below). Only eligible Entries actually received by Sponsors before the end of the specified Entry Period will be eligible for consideration in the Grand Prize Winner. Promotion Submissions become the sole property of Sponsors, will not be acknowledged or returned, and may be destroyed. By entering, Participant warrants that the Promotion Submission: (1) is original and does not infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party; and (2) has not been published previously in any medium.

3. JUDGING, VOTING AND SELECTION:

(A) Judging. All Promotion Submissions will be judged by Sponsors’ staff members based on the following judging criteria: Creativity and originality of the response (s) to the question = twenty-five percent (25%); popularity of Participant within the Promotion Website, based on comments and ratings posted by others = twenty-five percent (25%); and overall appeal of photograph(s) = fifty percent (50%).

(B) Selection and Notification. The finalists for the top twenty-five (25) will be selected by Sponsors’ staff using the judging criteria listed above, (the “Top 25”). From the Top 25, five finalists will be selected by Sponsors’ staff using the judging criteria listed above, taking into consideration the voting results from the Promotion Website, (the “Top 5”). In the event of a tie, an additional “tie-breaker” Sponsor judge will determine the Winner from among all such tied Promotion Submissions using the judging criteria listed above. Once Sponsor’s staff members have selected the Top 25 Promotion Submissions, those Promotion Submissions will be posted online on the Promotion Website on February 23, 2012. Thereafter, Participants, visitors and others will have the opportunity to cast their vote(s) for, Top 5 and the Winner online, via the Promotion Website. The Top 25 finalists will be required within twenty-four (24) hours following their announcement as the Top 25 finalist to sign and return the following documents, which will supplied by the Sponsors: (i) an affidavit of eligibility; (ii) a liability release, and (where legally permissible) a publicity release; (iii) Their agreement to be bounded to the Terms and Conditions of the Bello Style Program; (iv)The Winner Diary Postings Release Form; and (v) and confirmation of a licenses set forth in these Official Rules, certifying, among other things, the following: (a) the Promotion Submission does not defame or invade the privacy of any party; (b) the Promotion Submission does not infringe upon the rights of any third party; (c) the Promotion Submission and other materials submitted are original and have never been published and the Promotion Submission has never won an award; (d) the Promotion Submission submitted is the exclusive property of the finalist; and (e) the finalist releases, discharges, and holds harmless releases from any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities, or expenses of any kind or nature, in connection with the Promotion Submission and the use of such Promotion Submission by Sponsors. Failure to comply within this requirement during that time period may result in disqualification in Sponsors’ discretion. Sponsors will select one (1) finalist ("Winner") based on the judging criteria listed above, taking into consideration the voting results. The Participant who receives the highest percentage based on the judging criteria listed above will be the Winner. Sponsors retain the exclusive right to the selection of the Winner. The Winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail in Sponsors’ sole discretion on March 22, 2012. In the event of Sponsors’ inability to contact the Winner, he/she may be disqualified and an alternate Participant may be selected instead. Should any Participant be unwilling or otherwise unable to agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or provide permissions and/or releases or otherwise cannot accept or receive the Grand Prize for any reason, the Participant with the next highest vote total will be chosen from the remaining Participants until an Participant whose Promotion Submission is able to meet all Official Rules requirements can be selected. The decisions of Sponsors shall be final and binding in all matters. The Top 25, Top 5, as well as the Winner will be notified via email and/or telephone, at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. With respect to the Winner only, after being notified, WINNER HAS NO MORE THAN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS TO CONFIRM ACCEPTANCE OF GRAND PRIZE AND RETURN ALL REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE SPONSORS. Sponsors reserve the right to verify the identity (request proof via Government issued identification document), to conduct an interview and a background check on the Top 25 and Top 5, throughout the Promotion, which includes the Winner of the Promotion, before their Promotion Submissions are posted online, and may decide to post all, some or none of the Promotion Submissions, within the Sponsors’ sole discretion.

(C) Voting. Cast Your Vote Online, on the Promotion Website: Multiple voting is allowed for Participants and visitors that can cast their votes as follows:

  • (i) For the selection of the Top 5 Promotion Submissions, Participants and visitors can vote by visiting the Promotion Website starting on February 23, 2012, and ending on February 28, 2012, where the Top 5 will be posted online at Promotion Website on March 1, 2012;
  • (ii) (ii) For the selection of the Winner of the Promotion, Participants and visitors can vote by visiting the Promotion Website starting on March 1, 2012, and ending on March 16, 2012.

Votes generated by a script, macro, incomplete, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible for any reason, including, but not limited to, computer or network malfunction or congestion, or other automated means are void and will not be accepted.

4. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES AND SPONSORS’ RIGHT TO USE PROMOTION SUBMISSIONS: All Promotion Submissions must be original works of authorship by the Participants. Promotion Submissions must be timely received, meet the Submission Guidelines below, and otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules ("e;Qualified Submissions"e;). Picture(s) submitted as part of a Promotion Submission (“Picture(s)”) must be in JPEG, PNG and GIF format. Other than minor changes to lighting and coloring, Picture(s) must not have been altered or edited in any manner that distorts the original photograph. By submitting the Picture(s), Participant grants Sponsors the non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise exploit the Picture(s) and to incorporate them in other works in any and all markets and media worldwide in perpetuity. Participants grant to Sponsors the right to sublicense the rights and licenses set forth herein to third parties without further permission, notice, or compensation. Participant warrants that he/she has the sole and exclusive right to grant such rights to Sponsors and that the Sponsors' reproduction, publishing, displaying, and/or other use of the Picture(s) will not infringe on any rights of third parties, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, defamation, privacy, or publicity, or create claims for false light, idea misappropriation, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, or breach of contract. Any Picture(s) containing minors and material that is violent, pornographic, obscene, illegal, inappropriate, racially or morally offensive, or that does not meet Sponsors’ standards for any reason, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, may be rejected as ineligible for consideration. Participant also warrants that he/se has obtained written permission when photographing on private property not owned or controlled by Participants, where such permission is required. Upon request, Participant must provide Sponsors with signed releases from the owners of any private property where they photographed. Sponsors shall have no obligation to copy, publish, display, or otherwise exploit the Picture(s). Participant may not be, nor may Participant use any third parties to create Promotion Submissions on behalf of Participant who are: (A) represented under contract (e.g., by a talent agent or manager) that would limit or impair Sponsors’ ability to use any Promotion Submission in any media or form, (B) under a merchandising agreement, (C) under any other contractual relationship, including but not limited to guild and/or union memberships, that may prohibit them from participating fully in this Promotion, or from allowing Sponsors to use royalty-free, any Promotion Submission worldwide in all media now know or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity, or (D) who are below the age requirements for this Promotion. Participant agrees to indemnify Sponsors against any and all claims of infringement from any third party for any use by Sponsors of the Promotion Submissions. As referenced above, each Promotion Submission must be an original work of authorship under U.S. Copyright Law. Incomplete and/or inaccurate Promotion Submissions and/or any Promotion Submissions not complying with these Official Rules shall not be considered as a Qualified Submission. Furthermore, Participant hereby assigns and grants to Sponsors in perpetuity all rights of every kind and character whatsoever in perpetuity in and to the Promotion Submissions provided to Sponsors hereunder, including, but not limited to, the worldwide, royalty-free right to encode, store, publicly distribute, exhibit, transmit, perform, license, display, broadcast, copy, and market information, images, pictures and other information provided by the Participant, in any media now known or hereinafter devised, including but not limited to the Internet, print publication, television, mobile platforms and the right to distribute the Promotion Submissions to third party sites through embedded media players or widgets, in whole or in part via the Internet without compensation. In addition, Participant hereby grants to the Sponsors the right to use the name, likeness, voice, biographic or other information concerning the Participant in connection with the presentation, marketing or promotion of the Promotion, including the right to use excerpts from the Promotion Submissions, as well as creation of stills, wallpapers and other promotional creative, using the images and likenesses of the Participants, for the marketing of the Promotion in the Sponsors’ media properties and in any media now known or hereinafter devised without compensation. Not limiting the foregoing, Sponsors shall have the right, at its sole discretion, (i) to edit any part of the Promotion Submissions, at its discretion and (ii) to maintain copies of the Promotion Submissions to be made available for on-demand access and use by the Sponsors, at any time. Notwithstanding, the Participant acknowledges that the Sponsors have the right but not the obligation to use, display or include any Promotion Submissions and that Sponsors at any time and in their sole discretion may cease the display or use of any information pertaining to a particular Promotion Submission (or any portion thereof) and that Sponsors reserve the immediate and unrestricted right to disqualify any Participant.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: The Winner will receive the following:

  • (A) A makeover ("Makeover");
  • (B) Professional Photoshoot("51 Más Bello Cover Photo Shoot");
  • (C) Revealed and featured on Yahoo! en Español’s website;
  • (D) VIP Access, including red carpet entrance to the 50 Más Bellos Event / Party in New York City, NY, USA (the "Event");
  • (E) Featured in the publication of People en Español –51 Mas Bellos magazine edition as the 51 Mas Bello;
  • (F) A digital portfolio of eight (8) to ten (10) images by Omar Cruz ;
  • (G) Cash prize of five thousand US dollars (USD$5,000.00); and
  • (H) Travel, lodging and transportation expenses as referenced below

(Collectively, the "Grand Prize"). The previously stated prizes are subject to the following limitations and restrictions:

In addition, the Winner will be entitled to receive round-trip, coach-class airfare for Winner and his/her guest ("Guest") from/to the commercial airport closest to the Winner's primary residence or ground transportation (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). The Winner’s Guest must be 18 years of age (18) or older at time of entry and have a valid social security number or tax id number. Sponsors reserve the right to determine and change the destinations of the Grand Prize trips. The Grand Prize trips also include hotel accommodations for two (only one room will be provided), and gift premiums from the Sponsors’ promotional partners (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). Certain blackout periods and travel restrictions may apply. Travel and hotel arrangements will be determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. Travel must occur on dates and times designated by Sponsors or Prize will be forfeited. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of travel dates and/or times is permitted, except by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winner and Guest, if any, must travel together on the same itinerary. No other travel elements (including, without limitation, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs) are included in Prize. Tickets are non-refundable. Reservations are subject to availability. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel points. Tickets are not valid for business-related or group travel. Tickets are valid only for travel on airline chosen by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Tickets will be issued only to Winner and Guest. All travel will be at the risk of Winner and Guest. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates. Winner is responsible for any tax liability, inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced.

The Winner will receive a Makeover, to include hair styling and make-up for the 51 Más Bello Cover Photo Shoot and for the Event. The location for the Makeover and the 51 Más Bello Cover Photo Shoot shall be determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion. The Grand Prize total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV")is no more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00). Actual value depends on location of Winner and fares at time of departure. If actual retail value of trip turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service 1099 form to Winner for the ARV of Grand Prize for the tax year in which Grand Prize was won. All federal, state, local taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner.

The Event shall take place on or about the second week of May 2012. The remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded within thirty (30) days following the announcement of the Winner. All other specifics regarding the Grand Prizes shall be determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion. Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Grand Prize due to reasons beyond Sponsors’ control, and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Dates and/or times of events are subject to change or cancellation. If Winner chooses to travel or attend an event with no Guest, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ Grand Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. In the event of an act of God or an unforeseen, uncontrollable event, Sponsors reserve the right to reschedule all travel and/or events for a later date. Winner and Guest must travel together on date specified by the Sponsors or forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. If any of the aforementioned trips are canceled for any reason or postponed, then the Sponsors shall have no further obligation to the Winner other than to supply a replacement trip to the relevant destination. Should this be the case, the trip must be taken within 12 months from the date of Grand Prize notification. If the Winner is unable to attend any event for any reason whatsoever after all travel arrangements have been made and paid for, the Sponsors shall have no further obligation to the Winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsors’ finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate Winner, the Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner based on highest votes from among all non-winning eligible Promotion Submissions. Certain restrictions may apply. All meals, gratuities, expenses, and incidentals not mentioned herein are not included in the Grand Prize and are the Winner’s sole responsibility. Winner and Guest must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid, government-issued photo identification and/or passport) prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize. Guest must be 18 years or older and will be required to execute and return a travel release and/or a release of liability prior to travel. If Grand Prize is unclaimed (or any part), it will be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entries based upon the judging criteria described above. If a Grand Prize element is not available for any reason, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors' Grand Prize obligation to Winner, and no additional compensation will be awarded. If the Event is cancelled, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ Grand Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. If Winner fails to appear in a timely manner for the Event (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), access to the Event may be cancelled and Grand Prize will be forfeited. No person(s) other than Winner and persons deemed necessary by Sponsors may be present at the Event. The nature and manner of the appearance at the Event (“Appearance”) will be determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion. If Sponsors elect to incorporate the audio and video the recording of the Appearance ("Recording") in the Event in any media, the will not be considered an employment opportunity, and Winner will not be entitled to compensation or credit therefore. The nature of the Recording will determined by Sponsors, in their sole discretion. If the Recording is broadcast, such broadcast will be at a time, for a length of time, and on a date determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Winner will be required to execute and return appearance and location Event releases and such other documents as may be required by Sponsors ("Appearance Documents"). Failure of Winner to complete and execute the Appearance Documents in a timely manner (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) may cause disqualification. Winner will have no right of review, notice, or approval of the content of the Recording or any broadcast thereof. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify Winner, cause the Grand Prize to be forfeited, and remove Winner from the Event at any time, if the behavior of Winner at any point is deemed by Sponsors to be disruptive or if it may or does cause damage to person, property, or reputation of Sponsors or if it otherwise violates the policies of the Sponsors, or if Winner does not follow the directions of Sponsors at all times. These Official Rules, the Grand Prize, and the Promotion itself are neither a contract nor an application for employment.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND DISQUALIFICATION: Promotion is subject to adherence of these Official Rules. By participating, Participant agrees for Participant and Participant’s heirs, executors and administrators: (i) to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors which shall be final and binding; (ii) to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion and/or these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law; (iii) to release and hold harmless Promotion Entities from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such Participant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Grand Prize or any portion thereof; (iv) to indemnify Promotion Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion; and (v) to hereby acknowledge that Sponsors have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Grand Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by prize supplier that are sent along with Grand Prize. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion. The failure of Sponsors to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsors (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations), or other “force majeure” event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. By accepting the Grand Prize, Winner agrees for Winner and Winner’s heirs, executors and administrators to release Promotion Entities together with their respective directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors and agents and any person associated with the production, judging, or administration of the Promotion (collectively, the "e;Released Parties"e;) from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of any Grand Prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion, in Sponsors’ sole discretion, should Sponsors receive fewer than ten (10) qualified Promotion Submissions, or receive no Promotion Submissions that have a judged score above seventy-five percent (75%). No transfer, assignment, or substitution of a Grand Prize permitted, except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize (or prize component) for an item of equal or greater value at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Nothing in these Official Rules shall obligate Sponsors to publish or otherwise use any Promotion Submission submitted in connection with this Promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, Participant represents that Participant is the creator and owner of all rights of any Promotion Submission, other materials submitted as part of Participant’s Promotion Submission, and that Participant’s Promotion Submission will not constitute defamation or an invasion of privacy or otherwise infringe upon the rights of any third party, and that the Participant owns or has the rights to convey any and all right and title in the Promotion Submission. In addition, by entering, Participant grants to Sponsors an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, promote, republish at any time in the future, and otherwise use Participant’s Promotion Submission, along with Participant’s name (real or fictitious), image, picture, voice, performance, likeness, biographical information, identification and statements and any other information provided by Participant, in any and all media for possible editorial, promotional, or advertising purposes, or for any other purpose as Sponsors may deem necessary in Sponsors’ sole discretion, without further permission, notice, or compensation (except where prohibited by law) in any media, now known or hereinafter devised, including but not limited to the Internet, print publication, television and mobile / telecommunication platforms or networks. Sponsors are entitled to require the Winner to: (i) Deliver blogs to Sponsors exclusively related to subjects that reflect his/her experience as the Promotion Winner (the “Winner Diary Postings”). Winner will deliver the Winner Diary Postings as specified by Sponsors. The content of the Winner Diary Postings shall be reviewed and approved by Sponsors’ staff. Winner shall make the necessary adjustments (if any) to accommodate new instructions as necessary on the Winner Diary Postings imparted by Sponsors. Winner agrees to grant to Sponsors in perpetuity all rights of every kind and character whatsoever in and to the Winner Diary Postings created and provided to Sponsors including, but not limited to, an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to encode, edit, publish, promote, transmit, translate, create Teaser Content, render into an audible format, distribute to third party sites through embedded media player, republish at any time in the future, and otherwise use Winner Diary Postings, along with Winner’s name (real or fictitious), image, picture, voice, performance, likeness, biographical information, identification and statements and any other information provided by Winner, in any and all media for possible editorial, promotional, or advertising purposes, or for any other purpose as Sponsors may deem necessary in Sponsors’ sole discretion, without further permission, notice, or compensation (except where prohibited by law) in any media, now known or hereinafter devised, including but not limited to the Internet, print publication, television and mobile / telecommunication platforms or networks (the “Winner Diary Postings Release Form”); and (ii) Comply with the terms and conditions of the Bello Style Program (“Bello Style Terms and Conditions”). If Sponsors determined that the Winner has indeed committed an act warranting disqualification after a Winner has received notice of his/her prize and before the Grand Prize is awarded, Sponsors may rescind the Grand Prize in its entirety. If a portion of Grand Prize has already been awarded, Sponsors may withdraw the remainder of the Grand Prize that has been fulfilled. Decisions of the Sponsors are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the Grand Prize. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. INTERNET: Sponsors may, in Sponsors’ sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsors’ control, corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, or by any force majeure; any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity; equipment failure, including overloading of a website due to excessive uploads; threatened or actual terrorist acts; air raids; blackouts; acts of public enemies; earthquakes; wars (declared or undeclared); fires; floods; epidemics; explosions; unusually severe weather; hurricanes; embargos; labor disputes or strikes (whether legal or illegal); labor or material shortages; transportation interruptions of any kind; work slow-downs; civil disturbances; insurrections; riots; or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond Sponsors’ sole and reasonable control. Sponsors reserve the right to select Winner from eligible Promotion Submissions received as of the termination date. Promotion Submissions will not be returned and may be destroyed. Sponsors may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Promotion or winning the Grand Prize if, in Sponsors’ sole discretion, Sponsors determine such Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, including ballot-stuffing, deception, or any other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, undermine or harass any other Participants, users, or Sponsors’ representatives.

9. GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion is governed by these Official Rules and by the internal laws of the state of New York without regard to principles of conflict of laws. All cases and claims pertaining to this Promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the City of New York, without recourse to class action suits.

10. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein.
